The ball mill is a homitted by the outer gear. The materials are
transferred to the gridning chamber through
the quil shaft uniformly, There are ladder liner and ripple liner
and different specification of steel balls in the
chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings
the steel balls to a certain height and impact
and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged
through the discharging board thus the grinding
process is finished.

instead of sliding bearing support with bearing hush.
Therefore.it can save energy by 10-20%.

sea.
- For spare parts, wooden Case and pallet for delivery by air.
5) What service can we supply for machine installation and test
run?
- We send engineers to the clients’ project site and offer on-site
technical instruction and supervision during the
machine installation, commissioning and test run.
6) What is our warranty policy?
- We offer warranty of 12 months after installation or 18 months
after the delivery.
- We offer lifetime service for our machine products after the
delivery, and will follow up the machine status with
our clients after the successful machine installation in our
clients’ factories.
