Production Introduction

EPIC ball mill production line

The EPIC ball mill is a key equipment to grind the materials which are already been roughly crushed,and ideal for hard and abrasive materials, when the milling chamber is rotationg at high speed, grindng for materials;which is widely used in the manufacture in dustries,such as cement, silicate,new building material, refractorymaterial,fertilizer,ferrous metal, nonferrous metal and glass ceramics.

Working principle of the ball mill production line

1.Material feeding: After the materials are roughly crushed, they will fed into the ball mills.

2. Impact grinding: when the milling chamber is rotating at high speed, grinding

medium and grind-need materials, which are also rotating, will impact with each other;

thus to achieve impact grinding for materials;

3. Classification: after the materials are crushed, they will be discharged into self-diffluent

classifiers.And then the relatively coarse and fine powders will be separated. Qualified

powders will be collected ;and unqualified powders will be re-crused.

4.The coating system can be designed after the grinding system.

3) How long time is our delivery?

- 60 to 90 days after the down payment received.

4) What payment terms do we offer?

- 30% by T/T as down payment;

- 70% by T/T before shipment or irrevocable L/C at sight.

5) What kind of shipment can we do?

- For complete machines, standard containers or frame containers by sea.

- For spare parts, wooden Case and pallet for delivery by air.

6) What service can we supply for machine installation and test run?

- We send engineers to the clients’ project site and offer on-site technical

instruction and supervision during the machine installation, commissioning

and test run.

7) What is our warranty policy?

- We offer lifetime service for our machine products after the delivery, and will

follow up the machine status with our clients after the successful machine

installation in our clients’ factories.
